Your free training evaluation gives you an opportunity to meet with a member of our TSA coaching team. This fitness evaluation typically takes about 45 min – 1 hour to complete.

The initial portion of the evaluation will be spent going over previous workout history, discussing any medical restrictions, and talking through what your goals for the training program will be.

From there, the coach will take you through a series of tests to determine a baseline for your overall fitness. For general population, tests of strength, mobility, and flexibility will be used. For athletic populations, speed and agility will also be assessed.

This session is offered at no charge and gives the coaches a chance to determine the best course of action for the training program.

My name is Nick Neuhoff, certified personal trainer and dedicated athletic development specialist. My passion lies in helping athletes unlock their full potential for speed, strength, vertical jump, agility, and body composition, all while building resilience to injury. With my distinct and holistic approach to optimizing athleticism, I prioritize a combination of intense training methods and science-based strategies to ensure exceptional, measurable improvements. Aaron grew up in Colorado. He was a multi sport athlete, played college baseball, and completed in boxing and mixed martial arts before serving in the US Army as a combat medic. He attended Metropolitan State University of Denver for exercise science. Aaron specializes in Strength, power, and bodybuilding, but has a background in all aspects of health and sports performance. He has a passion for helping a wide range of clients experience their full potential through achieving goals.

Chase Sharpe is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach whose passion is training athletes! He grew up playing many sports, with most experience around Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, and Golf. He graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in Exercise Physiology, acquired his CSCS certification, and began working with clients of all levels. As a young but experienced trainer, he loves working with clients who want to improve speed, power, and strength all while improving their overall health.

Coach Lloyd was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. He is a U.S. Army veteran, certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and certified fitness nutrition specialist. He grew up playing sports from the age of 4 years old. After suffering and rehabbing a knee injury in 2015 while playing semi-professional football, he began relying on training as an outlet for staying active and now wants to share that with other athletes. His favorite training methods are functional training, weightlifting, and HIIT.

Coach Jajuan has joined the TSA coaching staff with a background as big as his personality is! Jajuan grew up in an environment where fitness came first and it led him to a career playing football at the collegiate and professional levels. He has been coaching athletes and general population for years and is ready to take on a new role here at the club to help you succeed!
