At this critical stage of learning to train, we prioritize fostering a love for fitness while laying a strong foundation for athletic development. Our experienced coaches create a fun and engaging environment where kids can develop fundamental motor skills, and learn the basics of teamwork and sportsmanship. With age-appropriate activities and training methodology, we focus on improving coordination, balance, and overall athleticism. Your child will gain confidence and build a solid athletic base that will set them up for success in sports and physical activities throughout their lives.

What sports do we train for?
Our Sports Performance Program and Athletic Development Program are designed as general strength and conditioning programs and welcome athletes of all sports. For our team training options, we can cater the programming towards any sport and any age group.
Are youth athletes required to have a membership?
No, youth athletes are not required to have a membership to the gym itself and only have to pay for the training sessions. If they are interested in working out in the facility on their own, we do offer general gym memberships for ages 16+.
How does billing work?
For the Sports Performance and Athletic Development Programs, there is a monthly billing. We also offer drop-in pricing on both programs. For team training, payment is collected each session prior to the workout.
can we try the program before signing up?
Yes, absolutely. We offer a free trial session for both our Athletic Development Program and Sports Performance Program.
When can we schedule team training?
Team training sessions are available by request. Reach out and we can coordinate with the coaching staff to find a perfect training time for your team!
