Our private coaching sessions, led by our expert coaching staff, allow for better specialization of an athlete’s workout routine to better meet their specific goals. By targeting their needs, our coaching staff can pull the best out of each individual to excel at their sport. Private sessions are perfect for both the elite athlete and those that just need a bit more work.


With an individualized strength program, coaches will be able to build strength and power in any athlete. Whether it’s heavy lifting for the advanced athlete or bodyweight movement patterns for the younger athletes, they will build muscle.


For any sport, speed and agility are vital for success. Coaches will help perfect running form and put athletes through speed drills to get faster and more agile.


By instructing on proper form and technique, coaches are setting athletes up for a lifetime of fitness and helping prevent injury in sport. Coaches will work from the ground up to get athletes stronger and faster through properly executed movement patterns.


John is a strength coach and post-rehabilitation trainer. With 30 years of experience, John has trained clients of all ages and skill levels. From high school to professional athletes, John brings out the best in all of his clients.

After earning his B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida, Coach Jake became both a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and a Certified Functional Strength Coach. His main training focuses are in sports performance, injury prevention, and weightlifting. Jake runs our Sports Performance Program, as well as coaching clients on an individual or team basis.

Coach Kandyce is a certified performance enhancement specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. As a Muay Thai and boxing athlete, Kandyce has an understanding of how to prepare an athlete for any sport.

Coach Jordan began his fitness career in the Army where he was a team leader in charge of of the tactical fitness training of his team. His experience as an Army Ranger prepared him to train any tactical athlete to their potential. After finishing his career in the Army, Jordan began his pursuit of a degree in Exercise Science and began learning the sports performance side of training. Now a certified Sports Performance Coach, Jordan is ready to take on any tactical or athletic performance client looking to improve.


Straight from the heart of Gator Nation, Coach Marcus comes with all the experience of a collegiate football athlete. Inspired by the training he went through himself, Marcus began personal training and has been pursuing education in the field. Now with a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology and eight years of training under his belt, Marcus has joined the TSA coaching staff to start helping other youth athletes reach their potential. Marcus is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, as well as holding several other training certifications in weightlifting, senior exercise, and track and field.
