What sports do we train for?
We have worked with athletes of every sport. Every program that we create for our private clients is specific to their needs and will be tailored towards their individual goals.
Are youth athletes required to have a membership?
No, youth athletes are not required to have a membership to the gym itself and only have to pay for the training sessions. If they are interested in working out in the facility on their own, we do offer general gym memberships for ages 16+.
can we try the program before signing up?
Yes, absolutely. We offer a free trial session for every athlete. This allows the coach to evaluate their needs and ensure future programming works specifically towards their goals.
