Our General Fitness training is perfect for anyone looking to get fit and stay fit. Our coaches implement a program designed with your specific needs in mind to push you forward and make consistent progress over time. Programs will blend cardio, weight training, and mobility concepts to boost overall fitness and keep you healthy.
We offer a variety of options when it comes to your general fitness training. Whether you wish to train on your own or train with a group, there’s something for everyone here at Tampa Sports Academy. Let us meet you where you are and propel you to future success.
private Personal Training
Our team of expert trainers will work with you on a one-on-one basis to achieve your goals. Whatever style of training you prefer, we can meet you there. We offer both 30 and 60 minute sessions.
small group Training
If group training is more your style, we are able to accommodate group style training as well. Bring your friends and family and get your sweat on as a team!
Whether it’s a couple looking to get fit together or just two workout buddies, we offer tandem training opportunities with our staff. Buddy up and train together for that extra motivation.
