Free Fitness Evaluation
Your fitness evaluation gives you an opportunity to meet with a member of our TSA coaching team. The evaluation typically takes about 45 min – 1 hour to complete.
The initial portion of the evaluation will be spent going over previous workout history, discussing any medical restrictions, and talking through what your goals for the training program will be.
From there, the coach will take you through a series of tests to determine a baseline for your overall fitness. For general population, tests of strength, mobility, and flexibility will be used. For athletic populations, speed and agility will also be assessed.
This session is offered at no charge and gives the coaches a chance to determine the best course of action for the training program.
