Small Group Training

Tampa Sports Academy’s Small Group Training option presents clients with a more specified and specialized training protocol that can be personalized to the group’s collective objectives. While working for an hour with a TSA coach, groups of up to 5 individuals participate in a strength and conditioning session including any and all aspects of our state of the art performance training facility.

Whether the goal is calorie burn, strength gains, sport-specific speed and agility training, aerobic or anaerobic energy system conditioning, or any combination of the aforementioned, these small group sessions can be the flexible and motivating addition to your routine to keep you progressing!
