Kickboxing

ADULT KICKBOXING CLASSES

Our adult classes are a blend of kickboxing and high intensity cardio designed to help teach you the basics of kickboxing. You will get a total body workout that takes the spirit of professional kickboxing and puts it in a fun, but challenging workout for any skill level! 

WOMEN’S ONLY CLASSES

We also offer women’s only classes for any ladies looking to jump in and start kickboxing. These classes are going to help you learn to feel your best and look your best. Learning to kickbox will help build self-confidence and self-defense.

YOUTH KICKBOXING CLASSES

Coach Olando’s youth classes are a fun way to start getting your kids interested in fitness. They will learn the basics of kickboxing and get in a great workout while they’re at it! Classes will not only give kids a workout, but also will teach them confidence and discipline.

PRIVATE LESSONS

For anyone looking to expand their skills beyond what the classes have to offer, Coach O offers private lessons. In these lessons, you will go beyond the basics and train to your limits. As a five-time world champion, Coach O knows what it takes to push you to succeed.

COACH OLANDO

Coach Olando Rivera is a five-time world kickboxing champion that is bringing his skills and expertise to the Tampa Sports Academy family! Coach O has been involved in martial arts since the age of 9, holding black belts in several disciplines. Nicknamed “The Warrior”, Coach Olando dominated the super-light heavyweight class throughout his career with championships in both kickboxing and boxing. At the age of 35, Coach O was the youngest martial artist inducted into the World Karate Union Hall of Fame.

His experience in multiple disciplines of fighting gives him a unique perspective on the sport. Classes with Coach Olando will stand out as he is able to blend together different training styles into a killer workout. Whether you’re a newcomer to the sport or a well-trained veteran, Coach Olando is ready to work with anyone willing to put the effort in.
