With a variety of options, our group fitness classes are perfect for anyone looking to join in and get fit with a team behind them. Designed for all ages to take part, our group fitness program is offered in the mornings for anyone looking to start the day off right!

All classes are 30 minutes long and are offered Monday – Friday. Join in and try out a group training class to see if it’s a good fit for you!

HIIT

This workout involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. It is perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise, while producing health benefits similar to twice as much moderate-intensity

strength/endurance

While muscular endurance is all about how long your muscle performs, muscular strength is about how hard it can perform. Our Upper, Lower and Core classes push the limits of your body to achieve a healthy lifestyle. 

functional stretching

Functional Stretching will not only increase balance & flexibility but also improve mobility for everyday living. It will help you move in a way that teaches your joints to glide, not grind and stiffen up. Also, the results will last over the long haul.
