ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our Athletic Development Program is a perfect introduction to athletics for young athletes aged 6-11. The program helps develop speed, agility, strength, and proper movement patterns to set kids up for a future healthy lifestyle. The coaches will provide expert training while still keeping it fun for the age group!

FOCUSes:
- Speed and agility training.
- Basic strength training.
- Proper form and movement pattern instruction.
- Fundamental athletic concepts.
SCHEDULE:
Tuesday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Thursday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm

COACH MARCUS
Straight from the heart of Gator Nation, Coach Marcus comes with all the experience of a collegiate football athlete. Inspired by the training he went through himself, Marcus began personal training and has been pursuing education in the field. Now with a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology and eight years of training under his belt, Marcus has joined the TSA coaching staff to start helping other youth athletes reach their potential. Marcus is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, as well as holding several other training certifications in weightlifting, senior exercise, and track and field.
